I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company and staff! We live east of Ransom canyon and were blessed with the rain the week of July 3rd which lead to the flooding of our almost brand new house! I must say we have never felt such devestation (I realize there are much worse things, but to us it was a big deal). A friend of our suggested we call your company. It was Sunday, July 4th, and you came out here almost immediately after the call!! I felt so much better after talking with the guys. They were so helpful and kind, and started ripping out all the carpet as soon as they got there. They were wonderful! I would especially like to thank Chuck! He came to our house every day to check the moisture levels and fans. He was really a lot of moral support too! I also want to thank you for allowing us to pay out our bill. When I first thought about how much the bill might be, I was a little nai’ve, so when the bill came…WOW!! But then I realized what all you guys had done! We are so thankful for you – it was truly a “God thing” our friend suggested your company and we thank God for you – daily!! The house is back to normal now and it is because of your service and dedication. Once Again thank you!!

Dear Charles:
On Saturday, April 30, 2011, at 6:00 a.m., my wife and I awoke as a result of our smoke detector being activated to find our house full of smoke. We immediately exited the house and called 911. The Fire Department responded and quickly supressed the fire. However, our house was filled by smoke touching everything in the house.

I contacted my insurance company and by 11:00a.m., you were at my house assuring my wife and me that everything would be ok.

Little did we know at that time, how much work would be needed. Your crew began attacking the job of restoring our house. Not a day went by, that they were not working on our house. Their response was always at the top because of the professionalism, skills, courtesy, and concern for my wife and me.

You contacted me every day, sometimes multiple times, as we went through the myriad of tasks that needed to be done.

Today, our house is the cleanest and brightest that it has been in twenty years.

Your guys are the best. Especially, thank you Charles for your superb leadership.

To the good folks at Carpet Tech:
Y’all cleaned my carpets today, and I want to thank you for doing such a great job. I had been meaning to call you, but after the dog had an “accident” on Saturday, we really need quick service when I called first thing on Monday morning. Yo came out in the morning and did a terrific job. Although I just wanted “traffic areas,” you moved things so that ALL the traffic areas were clean. Also, we have carpet in all our closets, and all those areas were beautifully cleaned. No wonder you continue to be rated the best in Lubbock.
