Fire Recovery Process

Pack Out & Storage: Even with extensive smoke damage, Carpet Tech will implement the 
latest technology and fine tuned cleaning techniques to save most of the items in your home or office. If the fire damage is minimal, we can clean your contents on-site. If the contents have sustained heavy soot damage, we can carefully inventory and pack all contents, deliver them to our facility where they are cleaned, deodorized, ozoned, and repacked. All items are stored in our storage facility while your home is being restored.
Demolition: Any unsalvageable structures will be removed and disposed.
Complete Structural and Content Cleaning: The most advanced tools in the industry will be utilized to clean every
part of your property; including ceilings, walls, light fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors, windows and much more. Our fire restoration professionals have specialized formulas enabling them to effectively clean any item in your home from clothing and furniture to toys, housewares, and linens.
