Blaze Bingham – Regional Manager
Blaze Bingham has been working at Carpet Tech since 2003 and is the Crew Chiefs Manager. He is certified with IICRC for carpet cleaning and has his pest control license. Blaze was born on July 22nd in Seminole, TX. He is married to Keely Bingham and they have one son, Nixxon & 2 Shar Peis. Some of Blaze’s hobbies include Golf & Fishing. His favorite aspect of working at Carpet Tech is the people he gets to work with. His favorite memory is from flag football when he beat Chet. Blaze’s favorite quote is “I’m your huckleberry”.
Jerid Pridmore – Assistant Manager
Jerid Pridmore has been working at Carpet Tech since 2004 and is one of our most experienced Crew Chiefs. Jerid is certified with IICRC for Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke restoration, and odor removal. He also has his pest control license. He was born on September 15 and grew up in Tahoka, TX. Jerid has a twin brother named Josh that also work for Carpet Tech as our CFO. He is married to Micki Pridmore & they have one daughter, Payton and a pug named Zoey. Jerid enjoys playing golf and watching any sports. The thing that he likes the most about Carpet Tech is how we are like one big family & we all have so much fun together. Jerid loves the Christmas Parties and has made some of his favorite memories at those. His favorite quote is “If you don’t do what you always have done, you won’t get what you have always gotten.”
Chase McDonald – Rug Facility Chief
Chase McDonald has been with Carpet Tech since 2004. He is a crew chief and rug tech specialist. He was born on February 11 and grew up in Carrollton, TX. Chase has a twin brother named Drew that also works at Carpet Tech. He is IICRC certified in rug cleaning, upholstery & fabric cleaning, carpet cleaning, and pest control. Chase has his electric power and transmissions associates from South Plains College. Chase has one dog, a golden retriever named Cooper. In his free time he enjoys fishing, sand volleyball, and hanging out with friends. Chase loves the people at Carpet Tech and the Christmas parties. Chase has been honored as employee of the month. His favorite Carpet Tech memory is from the 2009 Christmas party.
Kaleb Baldridge – Wood Floor Chief
Kaleb Baldridge was born on October 10, 1988 in Levelland, TX. Kaleb has been working at Carpet Tech since 2010 & is our wood floor specialist. He is NWFA and mold inspection certified. Kaleb is married to Ashlea Baldridge and they have 2 Labs and a German shepherd. When Kaleb is not working he enjoys wood working, furniture refinishing, and antique collecting. In fact, he would rather buy something old and fix it up then by something brand new. Kaleb’s loves how working at Carpet Tech is like working with family and close friends. His favorite memory is from when Chet pulled a prank on Charles and decorated his truck with rainbows & unicorns. Kaleb’s favorite quote is “Success is not a destination, but a journey”.
Matt Brooker – Bio Tech Chief
Matt Brooker has been employed by Carpet Tech since 2004. He is a Crew Chief for Carpet Tech, but is also the Chief Technician for Bio Tech as well. Matt is certified for both Bio Hazard remediation’s and IICRC for carpet cleaning. He also has his structural and pest control license. Matt was a military brat and so he moved around a lot. He attended both Penn State and Texas Tech in college. He is married to Leia and they have 3 children and 2 dogs. Matt enjoys reading and playing with his kids for his hobbies. Something interesting about Matt is that he went to high school in Hawaii. At Carpet Tech he loves how we have each other’s backs consistently. His greatest memory with the company was the feeling of accomplishment when we finished up all of the floods in February 2011. Matt’s favorite quote is “Life is tough. Josh Herring – Air Duct Chief
Josh Herring has been with Carpet Tech since 2007 and is the Air Duct Chief Technician. Josh was born on September 7th in Breckenridge, TX. He is married to Emily Herring and they have 2 dogs, Molly and Murphy. In Josh’s free time he enjoys reading, mountain biking, and road biking. Something interesting about Josh is that he loves to read. In fact, he reads about 3 books a month. He loves how everyone at Carpet Tech is like a big family. His favorite memories with the company have been made at the company tailgates just hanging out with everyone. Josh has been awarded Employee of the Month for his hard work. His favorite quote is “What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you”.
Jeremy Diaz – Air Duct Chief
Jeremy Diaz was born on February 17, 1987 in Slaton, TX. Jeremy attended South Plains College. He has been with Carpet Tech since 2009 and is one of the Air Duct technicians. Jeremy is married to Hilary and they have a son named Kayson. When Jeremy is not working he enjoys working out as well as watching or playing sports. He loves working at Carpet Tech because of the atmosphere & all of the people he works for and with. His favorite memories are from the Christmas parties. Jeremy was named Employee of the month because of his great work ethic. He is really great at working with his hands and fixing things. Something unique about Jeremy is that he is unable to talk loud. His favorite quote is the serenity prayer.
Jeremy Ham – Water Restoration Chief
Jeremy Ham is one of our Crew Chiefs that is able to do a little bit of everything. He is certified through IICRC as a carpet technician as well as ADA restoration technician and certified for Pest Control. Jeremy was born in Durango, CO on October 16th but has lived in 3 different states and over 15 cities. He is married to Brooke Ham and they have 2 little girls, Wrigley and Camden, as well as 4 dogs and 2 cats. In Jeremy’s free time he enjoys fishing, camping, and offroading. Jeremy has been with the company since 2007 and his favorite part of Carpet Tech is the hard working people that make up the company & the pride in serving the community. His favorite Carpet Tech memory is when he pulled the prank of putting a 3 inch grasshopper in Blaze’s truck. Jeremy has won the title of employee of the month for his continued hard work and great attitude. Jeremy’s favorite quote is “If you come to a fork in the road, take it”-Yogi Berra.
Stephen Caldwell – Fire Restoration Chief
Stephen Caldwell has been with Carpet Tech since 2002. He was born on February 2nd and grew up in Seminole, TX. Stephen is our Fire Restoration Manager. He is IICRC certified for carpet cleaning, fire & smoke restoration, and odor removal. Stephen also has his pest control license. He is married to Ashley Caldwell who works at Carpet Tech as well. They have one son, Fallon, 2 dogs, Nook & Sonney, and a hairless cat named Leon. Stephen enjoys collecting coins, fishing, and collecting guns. His favorite part of working at Carpet Tech is getting to work with friends and having the best boss ever. His favorite memories are from lake trips. Some unique things about Stephen are that he has been bungee jumping and visited every western Caribbean Island. Stephen has been named Employee of the month. His favorite quote is “Lost time is never found again”.
Zeke Wheeler – Construction Chief
Zeke Wheeler has been working at Carpet Tech with our Construction and Restoration department since 2010. He was born on November the 17th in Clovis, NM. Zeke attended Eastern New Mexico University as well so Clovis Community College. In his free time, Zeke enjoys playing football and hanging out with his friends and family. The thing he loves most about Carpet Tech is the camaraderie. He says “you feel like you’re actually part of a team and it is fun to come to work every day”. His favorite memory with the company is from February when we had all of the floods and we stayed up working 3 days straight in -15 degree weather for 3 days straight. Zeke has been awarded Employee of the month for his hard work and good attitude. His favorite quote is,” Diligent hands will not go weary”.
Cody Johnson – Crew Chief
Cody Johnson has been working at Carpet Tech since 2005 and is a crew chief. Cody was born on March 10th and grew up in Brownwood, TX. He has his IICRC certification for carpet cleaning. Cody is married to Mary Jo and they have one dog, Mr. Jackson. In his free time Cody enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing sports. Cody loves how at Carpet Tech everyone works together as a team rather than individuals and how everyone gives their best at all times. His favorite memories with Carpet Tech are from the Christmas parties. Cody has won employee of the month from his coworkers. Cody’s favorite quote is “We built these walls, don’t break them.”
Kyle Williams – Crew Chief
Kyle Williams has worked at Carpet Tech since 2007 as a crew chief. Kyle has his IICRC certification for carpet cleaning as well as his pest control license. He was born on March 29th and grew up in Clovis, NM. Kyle is married to Sonja Williams who works for Carpet Tech also. They have one dog, Bella. Kyle enjoys spending time golfing, gun collecting, and riding his motorcycle. Kyle loves working at Carpet Tech because of the good people he gets to work around and having a great boss. His favorite memories have been made during the summer going to the lake together.
Rylan Thomas – Crew Chief
Rylan Thomas has been with Carpet Tech since 2008. Rylan is IICRC certified for carpet cleaning and has his pest control license. He was born in Roswell, NM on October 6th. Rylan is married to Lacee Thomas and they have a son, Hagan. They also has 3 dogs, Sadie, Max, and Boston. Rylan also has his paramedic training from South Plains College. In his free time, Rylan enjoys playing golf. An interesting fact about Rylan is that he can hold his breath for 3 minutes. He really enjoys all of the people he works with here at Carpet Tech. Rylan says his favorite Carpet Tech memory is from a Christmas party when Blaze threw a dart at Chet. Rylan is another technician that has been recognized as employee of the month. Rylan likes the saying “When the cows are on the roof it’s time to go home.”-Dylan Tarter
Jared Wright – Crew Chief
Jared Wright was born on November 27th and grew up in Lubbock where he attended Monterey High School. He has been with Carpet Tech since 2008. He has his Blood Borne Pathogen training, certified with IICRC for carpet cleaning, and has his pest control license. Jared has a Catahoula dog named Gunner. Some of his hobbies include hunting, gun collecting, and fly fishing. Jared was the youngest person to be accepted on the NRA committee. Jared’s favorite thing about Carpet Tech is the employees and the work environment. His favorite memory with Carpet Tech is from the tailgate when Tech beat UT.
Jared Hons – Crew Chief
Jared Hons has been employed by Carpet Tech since 2007 & is one of our valued crew chiefs. He was born on March 2nd and grew up in Seymour, TX. He has his IICRC certification for carpet cleaning. Jared attended Texas Tech University and has a Bachelors of Science in ESS. Jared is very artistic with bending metal and welding. When he is not working or welding he enjoys sports such as football, baseball, and golf. At Carpet Tech, Jared loves how everyone is willing to work together to get every job done. His favorite memories are walking in to the shop at the end of the day and getting hit with a water balloon while not expecting it. Jared’s favorite quote is “It’s not about how hard you can hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and still get up.”
Daniel Young – Crew Chief
Daniel Young was born on May 29th, grew up in Lubbock, TX, and attended Texas Tech University. He has worked at Carpet Tech since 2008. He has his IICRC certification for carpet cleaning as well as ADA restoration technician his pest control license. Daniel is married to Denore Young and they have one daughter, Brenley Addison. He is also has 3 pets. Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and cooking out. At Carpet Tech he likes how everyone is willing to help, and his favorite memories have come from the Christmas parties. Daniel has held the honor or Employee of the month at Carpet Tech.
Nick Zajicek – Decorative Concrete Crew Chief
Nick has been with Carpet Tech since June of 2011. He is our decorative concrete specialist and is also IICRC in certified for carpet care as well. Nick is originally from Snyder, TX and moved to Lubbock to attend South Plains College. When he isn’t working he enjoys cooking out with friends and family as well as playing a little basketball. He loves the tailgates & Christmas parties, but what he loves MOST about Carpet Tech is undoubtedly the people he works with. Something unique about Nick is that he won Best Spanish Speaker award while in high school. Also, his favorite quote is “I am so clever that sometimes I don’t understand a single work I’m saying”- Oscar Wilde
Levi Bond – Crew Chief
Levi has been a part of the Carpet Tech family since August of 2010. He was born & raised in the small, north Texas town of Crowell. He has his associated of science in Biology, is IICRC certified and is also certified in general pest control. Levi is an avid outdoors man that enjoys hunting & Fishing. He also enjoys playing fantasy football & is huge Texas Ranger & Red Raider fan! What Levi loves the most about CT is that it is an extremely family oriented company & driven by customer satisfaction. His favorite memory at Carpet Tech was in February 2011 when EVERYONE worked all night long. The teamwork during that time was exceptional. Levi has won Employee of the Month twice as well as salesman of the month. His favorite quote is “If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got.”
Jarod Page- Fire Restoration Crew Chief
Jarod Page has been a part of the Carpet Tech family since 2008 & is one of our certified fire restoration crew chiefs. He and his son, Breylon have one dog named Papa Bear. He enjoys playing/watching football & basketball, skiing, trips to the lake, and fishing. He loves that CT is a family oriented business, that everyone always works as a team, and that everyone seems to be driven towards the same purpose! He has been honored as employee of the month & his best memory at Carpet Tech was the first year we had karaoke at the Christmas party! His favorite quote is “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.”
