We have specialized treatments to handle all types of carpet soiling. If the carpet is damaged from discoloration or incapable of coming clean, we can provide a bonded insert with your extra carpet.
PreTreatment
This will help to break down ground in soiling in high traffic areas or soiling that has been sitting for some time, it is also beneficial if the carpet is not cleaned as often as necessary
Pet Treatment
Topical Treatment: If the spot is small, we have a topical spray that binds to urine, and crystallizes. Then we can use our hot water extraction cleaning method to easily extract the contaminants.
Guaranteed Treatment: In most cases the damage is more severe than the occasional spot, and calls for a solution called Odor Stain Remover (OSR). When mixed with 200 degree water, OSR, permanently removes pet urine odor contamination. OSR also has many added benefits including: no lingering fragrances, a one-call treatment, complete stain removal, non-allergenic formula, and it works in 30 minutes using the power of oxidation to remove both pet urine odors and stains. The technician will saturate the carpet and pad with OSR, changing the chemical composition of any proteins (urine, feces, blood) it comes in contact with. After saturation, we will extract the OSR and clean your carpets to finalize the process. This is the most effective pet odor and stain treatment available without replacing your carpet or pad.
Red Relief/Stain Removal
With sufficiently protected carpet, even red stains like wine, kool-aid, and fruit punch will come up with just a white towel...but if blotting with cool water doesn't work, we can apply our special treatment for red spills so it won't become a permanent stain. *Talk with your technician to see if it will come out completely.
Wax Removal
If you happen to spill some candle wax on your carpet or your favorite 2 year old created a new masterpiece in his room, don't throw a rug over it! We offer wax removal and also have treatments for every color under the rainbow - because it is never the white candle that is knocked over!
Paint Removal
Although remodeling usually ends up improving the overall quality of a room, paint can easily be dripped, spilled, or knocked over - call us immediately to ensure 100% success of removal, then you can sit back and enjoy all your hard work.

Odor Removal
We offer 2 types of odor removal depending on the cause. Unbearable odors from smoke damage (either from fire or cigarettes) would require THERMAL FOG. Other stubborn odors could be eliminated with our OZONE TREATMENT. We also offer DISINFECTING & DEODORIZING in case of neglected water damage that has begun to mildew and smell.
