Owned and Operated by Chet and Melinda Pharies, Carpet Tech was started with the intent of providing Lubbock residents a dependable service by reliable people. Our purpose was to satisfy our customer’s cleaning needs and to maintain close relationships with them that would continue for years. Today we are still building relationships with our current customers and gratefully accepting referrals for new customers. With Texas offices located in Lubbock and Amarillo as well as a New Mexico office located in Clovis, we are able to service the South Plains, Panhandle and Eastern New Mexico area. We are the most recognized Cleaning and Restoration Company in the Region.
